Stratford-upon-Avon (13 miles) Golf & riding locally. Village Green & Pub serving outstanding cuisine within a few yards. A perfect Cotswolds’ touring base. Shop 2½ miles

Outside staircase to: Large & very comfortable bed/sitting room with ensuite shower room/wc. Lovely views over owners adjoining Grounds to open fields.
